Who we are
beepboop.world is an unofficial community site for holders of Robotos NFTs, built and run by Shoutpoint Labs ("we") for the Robotos holder community. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Pablo Stanley or Robotos. We never mint, sell or license Robotos. Robotos artwork in the site design is used under a Robotos license we hold. Robotos that holders link to their projects are shown on their behalf, as their own use of Robotos they hold.
Your projects
You keep the rights you have in what you submit. By submitting, you give Shoutpoint Labs a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, display and promote your own project content, such as your text, images and links, on this site and its social channels while it is listed. That license covers only your own content. Robotos artwork is not yours or ours to license: it remains Pablo Stanley's, and any Robotos in your project are shown as your own use of Robotos you hold.
What you promise
You promise that you hold every Roboto your project is built on, that your project only uses Robotos you hold, that it follows the Robotos license, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you sell a Roboto your project is built on, your project is flagged and later hidden unless you link another Roboto you hold.
Links and safety
Links are added by holders and lead to sites we do not control. We never ask you to sign a transaction or share a seed phrase. Anything you do on another site is at your own risk.
Comments and suggestions
Holders can post public comments on projects and send private suggestions to a project's builder. Keep them kind and on topic. No abuse, harassment, spam, scams or web addresses. Public comments can be read by anyone. Builders can hide public comments on their own projects, you can delete your own comments, and anyone holding a Roboto can report a comment. Moderators can hide any comment, and they read a private suggestion only when someone reports it.
Points
Holders earn points and badges for taking part. Points are for fun and reputation only: they have no money value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything, and are not a token or a currency. We may adjust or remove points and badges at any time, for example for abuse or mistakes, and moderation removes the points earned by projects and comments it hides or removes.
Moderation
We may hide or remove any project, link or image at any time, for example scams, impersonation, infringement or abuse. Link and image changes on premium projects are checked before they go live.
Takedown requests
If you believe something here infringes your rights, email a notice to the address below. We respond to valid notices, remove or disable the material, and tell the builder who posted it.
What a notice must include
Your notice must include: identification of the work you believe is infringed; the material you want removed and its URL on beepboop.world; your name, postal address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notices
If your project was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, email a counter notice to the address below. Include the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, and your physical or electronic signature. We forward it to the person who sent the notice and may restore the material unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We remove the accounts of repeat infringers, and their projects, in appropriate circumstances.
No warranty
beepboop.world is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any linked site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Submitting a project records the version you accepted.
